Satin Ice ChocoPan Green Modeling Chocolate (1 Pound) For Cake Decorating

Loved the smoothness, texture and pliability of the Satin Ice modeling chocolate. Very nice to work with. This is a true rich black color, something I cannot reproduce with food coloring. I would definetly recommend. I used this in creating cakepops in the image of puppies. The black modeling chocolate was used to form the black ears, muzzles and noses as seen in the photo. Mixed with white ChocoPan, it also was used to form the gray ears and fur on the puppies..

This is by far the most fun way to make an entertaining and lovely cake.This modeling chocolate is easy to use and tastes great, too.I was worried that I couldn't do it, but the instructions are good and it's actually quite simple to make characters to adorn cakes, cookies and more.Fun for kids to create too, with supervision.Love it!!!!

This product tastes very nasty, will not buy again.

I used this to make antlers for a hunting birthday party. It was easy to use over rice krispie treats.

First tub I ordered was great. So I ordered another. Both the same color. The second one was not well mixed. It was purple but areas of it were blue.

I used this around my cake ,I put the molding chocolate in a mold , worked great and taste great as well

Modeling chocolate doesn’t work well when you mix it with too much shortening. I bought the 5 pound container, but was mixed with shortening for whatever reason. I hope that was accidental otherwise it’s false advertising. In brief, I didn’t have a good experience with Satin Ice chocolate pan modeling chocolate bright white 5lb.
