Probably perfect for the application they were designed for.
If your husband buys these because he insists they will help you maneuver past the most treacherous parts of steep, twist or, narrow, driveway on a ledge with 12‘ drop, over your objections that you will not be able to see them so close to the ground, the car seat is low, etc. just let him install them and think he’s done you a kindness. He’s trying something that doesn’t work to protect his Prius. The Prius will recognize the futility, but will show gratitude.A Prius has perverse ways to show gratitude, so look out!

Not bright Green
The color is far from being Neo Green, Not noticeable from even 50' away. The green I received was faded green. Don't even think you are going to get the Green you see in the Description. I will now buy from a different maker. Sad

Using for pet poop location
We are using these to mark where the dog poops in the yard so that when my husband comes home he looks for the flags to do clean up. nobody steps in the poop and he can clean it up and put the flags back up on the porch. Maybe not being used in a traditional way but it works great for us!

Exactly what I needed
I used these to mark a boundary. They were exactly what I needed, and I only needed a few, so this package size was just right. Pushing them into compacted soil takes a little wiggling, but no complaints.

Perfect Poop Locator Flags
We leave these by the door when we take out our dog. When he poops, we place the flag by it so we don’t accidentally step in it and we know where is to pick it up later. But the stick part is starting to rust already.
