This chair is So comfortable, however it will not stay in the elevated position, it stays low to the ground.

Nice plush and comfy chair with arms that lift up all the way. The only thing I dislike, the chair does not recline back at all. There’s a slight, very slight even with adjustment, to have a “flex” bounce but this does nothing really. It’s similar to riding in an airplane seat straight up. So if you want a chair that reclines slightly back, this is not your chair. Otherwise, comfortable with cushions and materials used on arms and seating.

This is one of the best chairs I have purchased. Since COVID teaching from home has been a big part of my job. Sitting in a chair for hours on end is not the most comfortable but this chair makes it a whole lot easier. The way this chair is constructed allows me to sit and lecture for long periods of time with very little discomfort after a few hours. Easy to put together, easy to roll around and the cushioning is excellent.

Seems like it is well made. Comfortable. Wish it had lumbar adjustment.

We were so excited to get this chair after reading the fantastic reviews it had and trying the same model out at a friends office. It arrived in a timely manner with nice packaging. But then we opened it and found a used chair. Scratches and scuffs all over the base, wear on the caster wheels, multiple holes in the leather back and in the seat, and the hardware had been previously opened. So disappointed in the quality of what was allowed to leave the facility.

I had body ache initially but then I have tried different heights and now it is ok for me.
