DiMarzioPickup, White, Einheitsgröße (DP184W)

After buying a stock 95 USA Strat, I found all the buzzing and noise it made to be unacceptable at the high gain and volume I play with using my Fryette Deliverance 120 half stack. I bought this pickup to put in the neck position of my guitar. There really is no comparison to the sad little single coil I pulled out of there. This thing just sings with gorgeous richness and harmonics, and it handles the deep bass-y low end of the neck position beautifully. I bought Dimarzio's Tone Zone S for the bridge position and their Paul Gilbert Injector hum canceling single coil for the middle position. Now I have the quietest, yet loudest (??) beast of a Strat on the block. My axe RULES, and it's all thanks to Dimarzio and their amazing pu's. Everyone at all the guitar shops I go to sing the praises of Dimarzio. I would never put ANY other kind of pu in my guitar ever again. I have a stratocaster with a Super Distortion in the bridge and I installed this pu in the neck position and is very good with dp188 in the middle position! You can always rely on Dimarzio's for a solid rock sound for your stratocaster ! The super distortion is the main part of what you're after if you want to turn your strat into a beast!! 👍👍👍

A very good pick up for sure, in the middle position it seems a bit boomy, overall I am very happy with the purchase. Great tone for Jazz guitar as well.

I purchased this pickup a few weeks ago and it is a a beautiful looking pickup and the sound is amazing. I combine it with Dimarzio Evolution neck and bridge and this souns amazing when mixed with either of the 2.Sound is very clean, articulate and is very versatile. Jazz, blues, cleans, metal and rock solos all sound great with it. Playing something heavy really isnt for this one thou, not that great when it comes down to playing something with heavy palmmuting.It is also a humbucker, so if you want a great sounding versatile pickup that fits in a single coil slot, that you can also split, this is a great pickup.I placed it into my Ibanez Gio, so as you can imagine the sound is A LOT better now. Remember the other 2 i put were dimarzio Evolutions.

Arrived early. This pickup is soooo awesome! Everyone that plays my strat just leaves it on this pickup. I have it in the middle. No backround noise out of this pickup. Cancels all hum. I've ran a bunch of "high end" pickups and this one is quieter. Articulate and rings, sustain is perfect. I am really happy about this purchase. Never had a DiMarzio before but an impression has been made on me. I knew there was a reason they've been around for so long..

Best neck pickup I've ever had. Reminds me of a glassier version of the gravity storm neck pickup. I use this with an evo2 bridge. Definetly a must if you need a neck pickup. Nice brightness with a warm aftertaste....and the sustain is killer. I use a split coil setup and its great. I can play robin trower to Allan Holdsworth to George Clinton to Steve vai with this setup. I compared this to a watch track and this soared over it. 10/10

I bought and installed on a acoustic guitar. Didn’t poted w/push pull (to become single coil). Just Volume. Not even tone. Works great. Not even small tiny annoyed feedback. So, never mind next time I’m running out of battery on my acoustic.

In my opinion, the Dimarzio 'Chopper' Strat Blade style humbucker pickup is the most versatile they make - not too hot, not too cold, but just right!!
