The best plain oatmeal ever! The 4 pack bundle saves $1.00 per bag!
I have been eating this oatmeal for about a year and eventhough it is plain, it is very fresh and clean tasting and one serving can feed two adults easily. I also saved money buying it on Amzon in the 4 pack. I pay $1.00 per bag when getting it from the grocery store. This oatmeal takes two minutes to make and I add sliced dried strawberries and half of fresh banana and it is delicious!

Superb Oatmeal Breakfast
I have been eating Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Quick Cooking Oats (oatmeal) just about every day as part of my breakfast for years. While some people can eat it without adding anything else to it besides water, I think it tastes best if you add something sweet to it.I originally was adding a tablespoon of brown sugar and a very tiny amount of Himalayan salt, which was great at the time. But, added, processed sugar is bad for you. I cut the sugar down to one teaspoon of brown sugar and a very tiny amount of Himalayan salt, and that was great for a while.I then decided to just forget about adding processed sugar to any of the foods I ate, so for the oatmeal I added a mashed up a banana and a tiny amount of Himalayan salt. At first, it took me about three days to get used to, but now I think it tastes great. Our foods have so much added sugar that it wrecks our health and messes up our taste buds.Processed sugar is just going to boost inflammation and triglyceride levels, and I guarantee that cutting it out of your diet will improve your overall health. My only gripe about the product is that there sometimes are very tiny popcorn-kernel-shell-like pieces that are mixed in with the oats, and I always end up spitting out these hard pieces whenever they're mixed in with the smooth oatmeal. This product makes for a great breakfast any day of the year. It is quick and simple to make. It is reassuring to know that the oats were harvested from fields that weren't used for growing wheat, so if you are looking for gluten-free oats this is a great product to try out.
