I have tried many oatmeal brands, but this one stands out. It has a nice texture--not mushy and not too firm--that I've found nowhere else. The flavor is excellent and it's easy to prepare. It's so much better than other oatmeals that it almost needs a different name!

Not Gluten-free! I did a search on Amazon for gluten-free steel-cut oats. I have a true allergy to gluten. It makes me itch non-stop. Amazon, in all their wisdom, featured this item at the top of the listings, and shame on me for trusting them and not verifying as I should have. It’s a delicious product. Exactly what I wanted, but it will make me itch. Can’t wait. Shame on you, Amazon. If I search for gluten-free, trust I have a valid reason and do NOT feature items outside that designation.One star for Amazon, 5 stars for McCann and their delicious oatmeal.

We love this oatmeal. Our local store ran out. I ordered 5 cans. They came in a box with some tea that I also ordered. The tea boxes were crushed by the rolling cans of oatmeal. The tin tops of 2 of the cans of oatmeal were MISSING - only the foil seal remained. All the other cans had the tin tops pop off and were lose in the box. I will not order this from Amazon again.

Had these before and they are good with add ins. I mostly wanted the can and to my surprise it actually came without dents!! I am very happy and mine also had a lid as it should..Thank You

This is deficiently a 'quality product. I put it in the dicer so that the smaller bits fluff up and makes a really nice texture. Other brands don't perform well, as this instant oatmeal.
