Texsport Deluxe Bulk Tank Infared Propane Heater

Used this to help keep a garage warm as outside temps plummeted to -25 deg. Was a little worried it would go through tanks quickly, but a full 20lb tank went around 2 days running constantly on the low setting. My CO sensors were silent as well. If you do use this in an enclosed area, I would strongly recommend doing so with CO sensors. Also, a propane torch comes in very handy for lighting it. Between this heater and an electric space heater, my garage ran about 60 degrees warmer than the outside temps. Exactly what I was looking for!

Shows hook up on 20lb tank but does not come with attachments to hook it up. Huge waste of time and money. I returned, local hardware didn’t have the attachment and i didn’t want to take the chance of ordering the wrong one online

This heater has delivered. I previously owned the smaller Texsport Propane heater that fits the smaller propane canisters; the one that puts out 2,890 BTUs. That smaller model held up for me shed. But my garage needed something more.I noticed a difference in the room temp within 15 minutes of turning this on in my garage. The key is to get the air circulating with a fan and your room will get toasty. There were definitely a few times it was in the low 30's outside and my garage was approaching 60 after a few hours of use.It's not noisy by any means and lights up easy.There was even a time the Mrs and I were on the screened in porch in December and used this to keep us warm. And even roasted us some marshmallows on this. I didn't taste any propane, only graham cracker, melted marshmallow and chocolate heaven.

Works great, perfect for my needs. Was a little to cold sitting and working on my crafts. So got this and set it up and helps cut the chill down and keeps me warmer.

As for the heater itself, this single-burner unit will take the chill off... if you want real warmth on a cold night you might consider the two or three-burner units, but for casual use this is a dandy.But even better, when I got mine I accidentally broke a piece on it... I emailed Texsport customer support, they were very helpful and sent me a replacement part for free! Very nice of them. Will buy their products again for sure.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, although the control knob could be smoother to operate. I consider it a personal heater since it's effectiveness is confined to a small area. But it will definitely take the chill off your bones on a frigid morning!

The Texsport Deluxe Propane Heater works great, but is not as described ! When it arrived I carefully unpacked, and I noticedthe heater did not have the altitude adjuster on it. the advertisement and the manual both clamed it did have the altitude adjuster. Even the picture shoes the altitude adjuster on the bottom of the heater. Other than no altitude adjuster the heater works as described.

I purchased this for camping in a small pop up for warmth. It worked mush better than our old smaller one. We kept it on low and had to even turn it off part way through the night because it was working too well. It's a nice compact size which is great for storing. Very pleased with this heater.
