Best book on the stanley cup! Loaded with stats and stories and photographs going back to before the NHL. Perfect for hockey fans.

The book is printed on shiny textbook-type paper, which isn't ideal, and is a smaller size format than you would expect a book of this type to be. Therefore, the print is tiny and hard to read, and the book is stiffly bound. Holding it open and reading it is a chore. The book also lists the cups in order of most recent first, ending with the first cup at the end of the book. This goes against the general principle of history books listing the earliest event first and moving forwards - you know, like time does? I don't even feel like trying to read this and I'm too lazy to return it, so it's going in the trash. Pretty poor product - would expect better quality from the Hockey Hall of Fame.

I purchased the book primarily wanting a listing of the results of every prior Stanley Cup Series, each year, from the 1st rounds on to the final – like used to be in the superb “Total Stanley Cup” books which unfortunately seem to be no longer published, This book, which is over 500 pages contains no such listing; it merely provides the result of the Stanley Cup Final Series, listing the score of each game, stats on the scoring in the Finals, and a 4-page story on each winning team in that year. For my purposes this book is thus a major disappointment. I must thus recommend against purchasing this book sight unseen; if you see it in a bookstore it might appeal to you in which case you will know what you are buying.

This book has a wealth of information across hockey history. My grandson loves it!

It only covers the playoffs year by year but still informative.Would have liked to have seen little section on how the regular season finished but still recommend the book as a must have for hockey fans.

Full of information, easy to find. Quality of paper used is excellent. Perfect for us real hockey fans.

Lots of pictures, charts and tables. Each year gets lots of info. Small type. Good reference!
