A great little kitchen knife.
This is a great peeling knife and general small knife to use in the kitchen. The blade is tough and does not bend. It not too heavy but not to light that it might slip. Perfectly sharp and well constructed. One thing I would recommend is getting a "AnySharp Knife Sharpener with PowerGrip" for ÂŁ8.99 it really does keep your knifes sharp. If your going to spend a good money on a good knife it is defiantly worth buying one. Very simple to use and keeps you knifes sharp like new.
