Super comfy and fits perfectly
These shoes are a lot better looking than I expected them to be and they fit as advertised. The arch support work great and I the included arch boosters did the trick for me. They’re super comfy and seem very well made as you’d expect from orthofeet. I can see myself getting another pair in the near future as they help improve my workouts, runs and walks.

Comfort
Some time ago, diagnose with severe neuropathy , both feet. Several months ago purchased 3 pairs of shoes, at the same time, 3 different mfg's though. Purchased one pair just because white, (mistake, being donated) 2nd pair ok, not the best. 3rd pair, Orthofeet Men's Orthopedic, fabulous !!!! Well made, great fit, perfect size as stated. Recently purchased 2nd pair, just as great. Walking with neuropathy is difficult, with these shoes, great !! I put the shoes on about 8 in the morning and take off about 10 PM or later, comfortable ""all"" day long. Shortly will purchase 3rd pair. Only issue with this particular shoe, only 3 colors; but one can deal with that. Great shoes for me.

Comfortable Shoes that Last!
I was searching for a comfortable shoe that would fit my feet, offer arch support and last more than a few months. Well, Orthofeet has delivered. I just recently purchased my third pair of these comfortable shoes. I looked back and discovered it has been about two years since I purchased my last pair. But now days, getting two years out of a pair of shoes isn't bad. Orthofeet had my size and they fit comfortably. The real surprise is that the break-in period is short. I can start wearing a pair of these shoes right out of the box. They aren't too stiff and are almost immediately comfortable. I keep my old pair handy, but so far with my newest pair they have been so welcoming to my feet. The insoles tend to wear out fairly quickly, but you can extend the life of these shoes with a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts. These shoes also include spacers and other accessories depending on the need of your feet and your arch. I can't recommend these enough! I'll be buying another pair soon, just so I can have a backup pair!

Seem to be a very well-made shoe
In all fairness, when I got the pair of shoes, I only tried them on in the house for a couple of weekends and then when I felt like they might be OK that I start wearing them outside. They are nice shoes and do feel very comfortable, but they also do feel very hard. I take it that’s because they have to provide support. The cloth around your towbox feels very plush and thick and seems like that will last for a very long time so I’m happy about it. It seems to be a well constructed shoe so far walking has been pain-free, but I also haven’t walked in them for more than maybe 6 miles . They give you a lot of plastic bits to adjust the arch of your foot but I haven’t noticed too much. The shoe does feel a whole size larger so I would say buy half a size less. I used all the provided inserts and somehow the shoe still feels very loose, but I’m always an 11 with almost any other brand

An excellent shoe with good support
My third order, wore out the first pair after five years, and am wearing a second pair for every day.

Cheap shoe - with supports - bit of a gimmick imho
These are a cheap feeling shoe, overly light and flimsy, they just come with supports and pads. I like the arch support and the pads are fine, it's just the shoe itself is a bit of a cheap shoe and way overpriced, bit of a gimmick. Basically, they are packaging a cheap shoe with supports and "extras" you can slide into your shoe. Like others have said, you're better off getting a shoe you like, and then buying supports separate. That will still probably run you over $100, but will get a better shoe out of it. With the shoe they are supplying, this should be closer to $80, not $130. They look a bit better in pictures, but a tier above like a Target shoe or something. Meh

Finally a solution for plantar fascitis
After trying other brands and different insoles this shoe solved my plantar fascitis problem. Very comfortable and with the insole adjustments was the perfect solution. I can wear them all day without any discomfort. Very recomendable

Painful experience with these to say the least.
The first pair of shoes I purchased were awesome. The second pair were equally amazing. I was expecting no less when I purchased these. My expectations were they would be comfortable right out of the box like my first two pairs. Whew, was I wrong. Within minutes of walking in these the plantar fasciitis that was remedied by my original pair of these shoes was back. Then came the shooting pain in my legs. Thinking that these just needed a break in period, I wore them for a full ten hour shift at work. By the sixth hour I was in so much pain I had to switch back to my old second pair. It took 3 more days before the plantar fasciitis resolved and another few days for the pain in my legs to subside. So they've sat, unused until four days ago. I had some intense on-my-feet work to do and thought I'd give them one last try. Initially the result was the same. Plantar fasciitis flare but, the leg pain was only mild. I was about to give up on them until I noticed they began to finally break in. Now, they are just so so compared to my first two purchases. While I am thankful that they are finally workable, the amount of out of the box pain I suffered from these was unreasonable. Add to that the amount of physical labor I had to undertake just to make them ok just makes these shoes not worth the purchase. I wanted to give them a better review, but one star is more than generous considering how awful my experience with these have been.
