Redmon Teak Collection Bench, 20 x 13.5 x 17.5 Height

Only had a few months and this is how it looks.

Very sturdy seat. I was pleasantly surprised. Also since hubby is a 4XLT kinda guy, he can sit and feel comfortable without it taking up half of the space. It came finished, waiting to see how it will hold up in the shower over time. We wipe it off after we are done and so far so good. Looks nice. For size reference the tiles behind the seat are 12"x12".

I recently had surgery to repair a broken ankle. When the stitches came out, I was finally able to switch back to showers from baths, but I couldn't stand up. I bought this to put in the shower to sit on.Pros:-Looks really nice,-Works great in my walk in closet to sit on while I put my shoes on,-Seems waterproof, or at least water resistant.Cons:-The feet don't grip. BE CAREFUL WITH IT IN THE SHOWER! I fell to the shower floor when I was trying to maneuver my way into the shower. I sat too far forward on the edge and the whole thing slipped out from under me,-The edges of the wood are a little sharp. I don't have a big posterior. Whether that helps or hurts, the slats are a little too far apart to make it comfortable to sit on in my birthday suit in the shower. I had to shift around on it every minute or so.

This is absolutely beautiful and sturdy! I have some trouble with my balance so I needed some place to steady myself in the shower but our shower is small. This is perfect! Plus it is just so beautiful! My husband is a carpenter and is impressed with how well it is made. We just got it so cannot speak to how well it will hold up but I will update if it does not hold up well. The best piece for the price any where on Amazon!!

I got this to go in my walk-in glass shower as part of a whole zen, fung-shui, spa-like thing I'm trying to do in my bathroom, and it works perfectly.I also got it bc of the bottom shelf. I hate clutter and this allows me to hide hair stuff (in gray plastic bins) on the shelf and cleaning tools under the shelf...bc clutter isn't fung-shui. If I push my little bins all the way against the wall, you barely see the stuff that used to look like utter clutter in my shower.I've had it for months. It's not gotten any stains, discolorations, or instability despite daily showers. I haven't treated it with anything yet but probably will at some point to insure it's longevity.

Nice bench at a good price. The first one came with 2 issues, but Amazon quickly sent a replacement and a pickup for the first one. The first one was "racked" (assembled out of square), so it rocked, no matter what surface it was on (including solid stone counter tops). Also, even though the box was unscathed, the finish and wood grain were dinged up in one corner of the bench top (like it was damaged before it went into the box). The replacement is perfect and looks quite nice.

Strong, stable, good size for 280 lb man, good wood joints and we know teak is rot and mildew resistant. It appears to have a coating of something similar to lacquer which will probably wear off in a year or two but don't expect it will be a problem. Plastic button on the legs prevent damaging the tiles . all in all a good value.

Exactly what I needed for my shower. I use it as a space to put my shampoo and conditioner instead of on the shower floor. It also helps to bolster my foot when I shave my legs. Works great and came completely assembled!
