Kattee Vintage Genuine Leather Tote Shoulder Handbag for Woman with Adjustable Handles

This bag is well-made, looks like it costs more than $65 bucks, did NOT smell as another reviewer mentioned theirs did (well, it smells like leather since it's split cow leather, but that is a wonderful smell for most!), has great storage compartments and is a pretty color. It is darker than I anticipated, more Cognac even in Light Brown but not so dark that I wouldn't keep it. I totally am keeping it! It was also packaged very well. I am keeping the duster bag it came in too. It doesn't seem heavy on its own. The straps are long enough and flat enough where they should stay on a shoulder. The straps are also adjustable. This bag has just the right amount of structure for when it's full and also just right to fold and pack flat into a suitcase if need be. I made sure my MacBook fit in there and it fits perfectly (and the top zips fine with the laptop inside). I am looking forward to using this bag this summer season and also when I travel. It will probably fit fine underneath an economy seat on a plane if it's laying flat on one of its sides. I love the zippered closure for the main compartment, and also the generous sized also zipper compartment on one of its sides. I'd say this is a good dupe for the Madewell totes at about half the cost. I am 5’2”, petite frame and this is how it looks on my shoulder/side.

This is the best bag. I feel like it was designed for my brain because of all the compartments. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been holding up so well. I bring it with me everywhere - it’s ideal for travel or if you are on the road a lot. It can fit so much which I appreciate because as a project manager, I commute to different job sites for work and never know what I will need. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it too. I love the leather look and the color is perfect because it matches every outfit.

The style is great, leather very soft and the color works with my wardrobe. Love the purse...except for one thing. The lining - it's that slicky nylon fabric dividing the purse in half, has a zipper at its top. The good thing is it's attached at the base of the bag so items can't migrate one side to another. However the lining is cut too large for the interior. It slides around and the dividing wall of fabric collapses, folding over when I'm trying to find something. Annoying. I had a black piece of firm display board and cut it to fit inside the divider and zipped it closed. Made it stiff enough that it doesn't move around. That solved the issue enough that I would keep the bag. The bag looks great and I would buy another in a different color - I want to see how long the handles last without showing wear at the place I hold onto. I think it's a good buy for the money. If it had a proper lining, fabric or leather, it could cost half again as much but it would be a better quality. They put the money where it shows - good thing!

Beautiful, well made

I just received my tote. I like it. It's tall and roomy for what I need. I like the zipper pockets, both inside and out. It's nice looking with simple detail.I read many reviews last night. So, mine smells like leather. The raw leather on the inside feels and smells like cowhide. The outer coating of the bag is an overlay- synthetic. The straps are skinnier than what I would've preferred. Hopefully they'll hold up. I use it as my daily work tote with my appointment book and essentialsI'll update the review in a month if there are any negetive outcomes. Overall, it looks like it was worth what I paid.#Update:. The bag is still in great shape and is holding up well after daily use for 2 months.However, this bag makes me want to set my hair on fire!!! The thin straps get stuck on everything- door handle, gear shift, etc. It's really deep and holds quite a bit of my stuff. I've been in physical therapy for two weeks now (previous shoulder injury) and my heavy, overstuffed bag isn't helping.There's a supper pocket divider which is flimsy and my calendar book gets stuck...I wouldn't buy it again. Too deep, can't find anything cuz it's dark down there. I've learned to find my lip gloss by brail.

It’s a pretty bag, beautiful color. With lots of space inside & secured zippers.It arrived with loose threads, small scratch on the leather.I will keep it because it’s not easy for me to return items. Also the handles are too thin for the size of the bag.Otherwise very pretty !!

I have bought 5 purses from Amazon and returned them or gave them away. The faux leather was just awful and the purses looked cheap. I gave up until I saw this one in my recommendations. It is real leather beautifully made, perfectly size storage, and looks elegant. It has a lot of storage: 1 interior zip pocket, 2 inner slot pockets, 1 main interior compartment, and 1 outer zipper pocket. It also zips closed. So glad I bought this one.

I love it!!She came in a nice large box - was not cramped in a small box.She has bag feet. In the pictures of this purse, they do not show it.
