Easy install, works great!
I bought 2 of these fans for our home, to replace the old turbine style vents that were on our roof. I simply removed the turbines and installed theses fans, connected to power and set the thermostats. They suck the heat right out of our attic and turn off when the temp gets down to my preset temperature.

It is just what it shows it to be.
this was installed on the roof of my husbands work shop. received it with the corners of the flashing bent. My husband was able to straighten them out.

Great attic fan
Easy to install and works great moves a lot of air. A must for colorado heat. I didn’t notice they advertise it as a humidity fan as well has no control for that, but don’t have that issue in colorado. Video on YouTube will help with tips if you need them. One guy trimmed the sides. DO NOT do that!! don’t know what he was thinking the wider the coverage the better for water. Any I recommend it. Great product so far

Moved some AIRRR!!!
I used this above my garage, and I have been very impressed with it. I need to add another eave vent or 2, but that is an issue with my home builder, not with this fan! This has been a life-saver all summer long! I'm thinking about getting a second for above my main house, to help bring the attic temps down more there too.

Thermostat too cheaply made.
The fan is only as good as the thermostat that controls it. However this thermostat is very cheaply made and works very sporadically. It can be set at 100 degrees and come on when it goes over 100 degrees but will continue to run even after it falls to 85 degrees in the attic. It should have stopped. I climbed into the attic to see if it was still set at 100 degrees. It was. I put a screwdriver into the slot and found that when I just slightly pushed on the turn dial it went on and off. Just a small push (no turning) made it go off, but when I released this slight pressure it came back on and continued to run all night despite the temperature falling to less than 70 degrees. I repeated this test several more times. Same thing. The thermostat is just too cheaply made.I have since shut it down and don't use it anymore.

Picture does not match what is reveiced.
Picture shows two level controls. One for moisture and one for temperature.Device received with one temperature control.Had to reuse old control with new motor.

As advertised. I recommend it highly.
I have had this type of roof far for 20 years. This one is exactly like the one I replaced. Perfect.
