Works great but Amazon packaging is bad - as in zero!
I have used this successfully before. It is versatile and easy to install (I am a 60 year old lady and did it). However, Amazon needs to shrink wrap this in plastic before sticking the nasty shipping labels all over it that do not come off unless you use, soap, alcohol, and finally nail polish remover. I should have just went to the big box store to save 30 min of cleaning and scraping. If I wanted something that looked crappy to begin with, I would have left the old shelves up.

Easy to install and sturdy
Installed this rail with two shelves. Was able to go into studs so ended up very sturdy and will hold pretty good weight. Nice product and provided the shelving flexibility I needed.

Perfect but damaged/used and still shipped
I ordered this shelf track as the size I was looking for was not available locally. I still had to cut a piece to make it fit my needs.Shipping was quick, easy to use and my shelves are up.My only complaint was that either it was returned and either damaged prior to shipping out and still shipped in that condition, or it actually appears as if someone tried to cut it. They either couldn’t or they changed their mind and returned it after hacking on it a bit.I kept it as I had to cut close to that area and did not interfere with the sturdiness and not visible as the track is up high. I just don’t think it should have been sent out in that condition.

I love this system!
The previous homeowners had half-way installed a weird conglomeration of this system and the ClosetMaid non-adjustable system, with not enough shelves and poor installation methods that made it severely weak and useless. I reinstalled, using all the correct hardware and proper installation more than doubled the shelving space, while making it easier to get around in the tight space. This system is not for the faint of heart, as it is quite expensive to do a nice and proper installation, but you can't deny the results you get.

Well made and solid.
These are a great way to support the top of standards so all are horizontally aligned. I bought 6 to make 5 bays for book shelves, each 40" wide, with vertical wood planks separating the bays. They also make 80" versions BTW.
