Backyard Seeds Whole Corn for Birds, Squirrels and Deer 10 Lb.

Great purchase to feed deer & wild life.Easy to order from Amazon. I try to keep this on hand…it’s clean corn, no bugs & keeps in a nice bag

After cycling unsuccessfully through the brands at every big box and reasonably convenient feed store in my suburban area, I decided to try Amazon looking for loose squirrel and bird corn that wasn’t filled with dust. This bag was almost completely dust free! Just clean whole kernels. Squirrels, cardinals, jays, even the rabbits all loved it. More expensive but not when I take into account how much of the other bags were wasted messy filler. The carbon footprint for delivery of feed corn bothers me a little. But unless/until I can find somethin local of equal quality, I’m repurchasing.

The deer love the corn! However, I only received one bag, and when I called, I was told that the other 3 would be in a second shipment. It has not arrived yet. I am worried that I will run out before the second shipment gets here.

I buy this for the deer when there is no food for them in the dead of winter. They love it and so do I. The price for this size is great value. The kernels are whole with almost no dust. I was buying 25lb bags of cracked corn from the hardware store for $5 less and the bags were filled with mostly dust. Cracked corn has virtually no nutritional value either. The quality, price, package and delivery is fantastic. The 15 deer that come down to out fence to eat in winter are also very grateful.

There is nothing wrong with the corn. Just over priced. I found 50pds cracked corn at Menards for less.
