Kauai Coffee Koloa Estate Medium Roast - Whole Bean Coffee, 10 oz Package

I see a lot of coffee purists and/or coffee afficionado's are upset that it is only 10% Hawaiian coffee. I don't get bothered by that as long as the taste is good and this coffee is delicious! Plus it keeps the price lower. No bitterness in this batch. My first pot was made too strong and it was still a mellow flavor without any bitterness. Today's pot was made perfectly and it could not taste any better. Where ever they are getting the other 90% of their coffee, it still better than most coffees I have tried. The flavor profile is definitely not nutty or chocolaty but has more of a floral note. It is a true medium roasted coffee bean, so a little goes a long way. One thing I can't answer is whether this company is consistent with their beans. I buy a medium whole bean coffee from my local supermarket and it is usually the best coffee for the money but as of late the beans have been really light roasted and I have to double the amount of coffee to get the right flavor. If this company is consistent with their roast, they will get my business.

Demonstration with this loved it. Bought a few times on Amazon. Always happy recently was on sale! YES! Pricey but you are worth better food! Taste great! Quality is exceptional! Smells like a well made and roasted coffee. No after taste very smooth!

My favorite coffee! Kauai Coffee grows more coffee in the USA than any other company. The Kauai soil and climate contributed to the excellent flavor!

It tastes like below average coffee. Was cheap so I thought I would take a stab at it. It’s bitter and not smooth. It’s not even Hawaiian coffee (10%). I’d pass if I were you.

This is the best coffee. I went to the plantation on Kauai. They have peaberry there, but apparently they keep that on the island. This is in bean form, so it has to be ground, but imo, that makes it tastier because it's fresh. This is a medium roast, and it's very mild with low acidity.

i've been drinking coffee for 35 years. i'm always looking for a great deal without compromising the flavor. i think this product hits the spot. and gives the best of both worlds.
