Worked Great
Fitten on my acura tl. Looks hi quality. Only downside is that the hex size is 13mm, which is kinda odd, i would breffer it to be 14mm like many new cars come from factory

Whats to say... it works
I don't know why I'm writing a review for an oil plug, but here goes. It fits, no oil is leaking, and I assume that any ferrous metal shavings in the pan are sticking to the magnet and not being picked up and circulated through my engine.

Diffrent size nut. Same thread
Great fit. Apears to be good quality. The size needed to install is diffrent than stock size but doesnt effect anything.

Not for Honda Aluminum Oil Pans
The drain plug is legit and good quality for the money. It will fit Hondas with the metal pressed oil pans without any issues. It will NOT fit Hondas with aluminum cast oil pans as-is.To use this plug on one of the cast aluminum oil pans (like on the J35 motor), you really need to remove the oil pan, and tap/thread the aluminum slightly further than what is done from the factory. I could get the plug about 80-90% of the way there before hitting solid un-threaded aluminum. Instead of trying to force it the rest of the way in (possibly stripping threads or cracking the pan), I just re-used the OEM drain plug this oil change. Perhaps I'll remove the oil pan and tap/thread it completely down the road in order to use this plug.If you want a magnetic plug to fit your cast aluminum oil pan on your Honda WITHOUT having to drop the pan and modify it, look into shorter magnetic plugs, especially the ones with neodymium magnets. They're more expensive, but should be a direct fit without modifications that you can easily just switch over to on your next oil change.

Perfect fit
Needed to replace the drain plug on my 08 Hyundai Elantra and this was the ideal/perfect fit for it.Removed the old plug(which would leak), drained the oil, replaced with new plug, added oil and work was done.Haven't had a problem since.

Direct replacement for my 02 VW Passat 1. 8T ...
Direct replacement for my 02 VW Passat 1.8T. Had no problems threading it in, have experienced no leaks from the plug, and the magnet has stayed in place with no issues. I am coming up on another oil change soon and would have no problem purchasing another one of these plugs as the replacement.

Does Not Fit
Bought to replace 89 Trooper oil plug, it doesn't fit at ALL! Not even close!

Generic part. Nothing special
Same stuff you find at an Auto Parts store. Like Dorman and all the other generic brands. Pot metal and a magnet.I'm going with Votex on my next oil change, which I already have great success with on another vehicle.
