Does not fit a Welara pony.
The halter is great in all areas except, it does not fit my Welara pony. I don’t fault the maker however, it has proven difficult to find a halter to fit her head, since she has the small head shape of an Arabian. I was just really hoping since it said pony, it would fit.

Different color than advertised
I ordered both yearling and pony sizes. The advertised picture shows a soft baby pink. Pony came true to the picture but the yearling was deep hot pink. These 2 sizes are also very similar in size. The only differences I could measure was about 1 inch in the cheek and 1 inch in the throatlatch. Otherwise, they seem fine; not super sturdy but not super flimsy either.

Good quality halter for the money runs big

Runs large.
I would say this "pony" sized halter would fit a rather large pony. It's pretty much a horse halter. But it's super soft and very well made!

Yearling size is not a true yearling size
Ordered a yearling but they call a Cobb a yearling and it is to big for my yearlings

Lovely colors and fit
I have a 15HH Curly Horse that looks pretty much like a small warmblood, including a kind of a big head. This halter fits her perfectly. I like that the throat latch has a trigger snap that swivels. I like the colors as well! They’re bold, but not too bright. I kind of wish I had the option to have purple with teal padding.

Don't be FOOLED
1. Quaility is EHHHH the metal is very thin, so is the nylon.2. This is a "yearling" halter, and it's on my 18yr old QH. No way on this planet it would fit a yearling properly unless it's a draft, or has a massive mule head.3. The padding is alright, and the colors were as shown. (Only reason I give it 3 stars)

It looks really good on my mare it really stands out on her. I can see the side clip feels very cheap so I’m hoping if I never use it it will be ok. And I love it fit her big head.
