Staples 2263720 Westcliffe Bonded Leather Managers Chair Brown

I don't write many reviews but someone is going to pass on this beautiful old man chair for something else and you really shouldn't. This chair looks awesome. It's hefty for a large dude like me and most importantly it's the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. It's simply perfect. Everywhere I sit at home or work give's me back pain after about 20 minutes. This chair not only doesn't do that, it actually makes my back feel better after coming home from work or sitting on the sofa too long. Everything on the chair is in the exact right spot. the lower back support is perfect. the armrests are exactly where I need them, and the headrest is pillow perfect. I suspect a future chair nap is inevitable. I would absolutely buy this chair again. Definite two thumbs up for me.

This is a brand new chair and put it together two days ago but to my HUGE disappointment and upset feelings the cushioning of the seat is HORRIBLE! It's like someone at the factory forgot to put the correct foam or padding for this chair. The cushioning is totally TERRIBLE because I can feel the base of the chair and it is NOT providing ANY cushioning for my bottom other than the covering of the chair. In fact, I just pushed on hand on the seat and can feel the metal base. I am WTF???? That totally is pathetic and super poor quality control or assembly!I was really looking forward to this chair because I went to the Staples office store in Gilroy, CA to test this out before hand and it was super comfortable and totally sold me on this chair. Unfortunately at the store, they were all sold out at the store and thought yeah, I see why. Then I went on-line to Staples store and were all sold out so came to Amazon and even there they were almost all gone. In fact, this was my second order of this chair because they LOST my order initially, so I had to order it all over again. Further, the price just dropped over $50.00. Hmmm, maybe this cushioning issue is becoming an issue but you read ALL THE GLEAMING REVIEWS. In fairness, I am sure their chairs had the correct amount of padding for their chair but on my chair it is TERRIBLE. The price drop is really not a concern because I am now working at home and this replaced a broken chair, so I was willing to pay extra for a good chair. Moreover, I really needed this chair, but how in the h%$$ does the cushioning of a brand new chair FAIL to cushion your bottom, I mean really?????I am HUGELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! So, BEFORE ANYTHING, PULL OUT THE BASE OF YOUR CHAIR AND SIT ON IT TO TEST IT OUT FIRST!!!! Man, I really wanted to like this chair because at Staples it was SOOOO cushioning and supportive. I'm 6'00 and 190 lbs and of an average build so it's not like it can not support my weight.

Do not buy this!! Cushion is dry rotted!! Didn’t know until 2nd month and cushion went flat! Husband is 160 pounds! They do not take care of the customer and neither did Amazon! Fraud!!

I bought this chair because I've been having hip pain for a few months now. It was ridiculously comfortable in Staples (but out of stock). So I've had it for about a month now and loooooved it. I love how the back of the chair cradles my body and has the standard controls to adjust to height and bounce. What I don't love is that the seat cushion went completely flat. It used to be oh-so-cushy on the tushy, but now it's like sitting on metal. I'm currently shopping for a cushion for the seat, but I think, for this price, the manufacturer could have built in more durable comfort for the heiney.

I purchased this chair online since Staple's would not price match this chair to what it was on Amazon. I saved $60. I was worried about putting it together, but it was not difficult at all. The chair is comfortable and just what I needed for spending a great deal of my day in it due to working at home now. It was delivered to my home with free shipping. I am totally happy with this chair.

My husband loves the chair, it's very comfortable and it looks like it's an expensive chair. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because it's too slippery when I sit, I keep slipping down and it's only comfortable if I sit all the way back, but when I am working, I usually need to lean forward to use my computer and that's when I feel like I am slipping, not sure if it's the design or the leather.

I had purchased one a long time ago at staples for my office which i sit in too many hours a day. It is starting to squeak and I thought I would look for a spare one in case it breaks. I was very happy to find this since Staples no longer carries it in their store. I find it very comfortable and if you are a rocker the tension is adjustable so it rocks nicely if unlocked from upright position.

this chair is one of the best online purchases I have ever made definitely the easiest I have ever assembled all the parts came in very organized packaging you can't get it wrong.I do recommend when attaching the arms start by attaching them to the back of the chair first.It took me less than 30 minutes to put together.I bought this as a present for my boyfriend and he loves it.The only bad thing I can say is it maybe too comfortable and he may never get out of it again.Worth the price tag!
