Breathe Right Nasal Strips Tan Strips 72 Strips

I used to sleep poorly because I struggled to breathe through my nose due to a deviated septum. It was imacting my health significantly.I tried all kinds of internal nasal dialators, but they were uncomfortable and kept coming out during the night.The first night I used these strips, I breathed through my nose, freely, all night. 5 nights later...still the same. I am sleeping extremely well, and not disturbing. I forget I'm wearing the strip.They stay stuck very well - but are removed easily when I wash my face with warm soapy water.Buy them. They are a life saver.

I’ve used “Breathe Right” nose strips for a long time now, but have used the size large in the Blue Box version of these. I have quite a large/wide bridge nose so used the large size. Then I spotted these. I’d not seen them before, was a bit sceptical if they would be worth the slightly higher price tag, for the extra sticky ones. I’m glad I took the gamble. These were way way better. Far superior. Far sticker. These strips weren’t as long as the larger ones in the blue box, but weren’t as small as the ‘small/regular ones in the blue boxes either I don’t think. They were wider though. These fitted me nicely. More so than the previous “large size ones”. They gripped and stuck well. I’ve not had one come off in the night yet, where i did with the other ones. They have a cut in the peel-off strip at the back, so just bend the strip back on itself and they are removed very easily (like plasters). You need to make sure all your make up is removed and your face is dry, clean and not greasy before applying these. I wash my face with misceller water first, pat dry, apply the nose strip, then carefully apply any moisturiser for bedtime very carefully, avoiding the strip. My poor hubby……i must look like Frankenstein’s wife coming to bed…..but at least he gets a peaceful nights sleep now. For some reason I started light snoring in the peri-menopause. Mind you, its my only system so far, so think I’ve escaped lightly. I really recommend these extra sticky strips over the blue box version. Well worth the slightly extra money…..but then you do get a lot more in a box as well. Mine arrived very battered, but they were put in a cardboard envelope. Doesn’t affect the use though.

I usually buy the clear ones, and they often come off a bit over night. These stick better and I don't get irritated by them, so I don't need the hypoallergenic clear ones now. Great.

Do what they are surposed to do

Provide good adhesion stronger than the regular breathe right ones.

They do their job well, the only issue is when taking them off. If done quickly it can hurt the skin. I found that wetting them before peeling off solves the issue.

Other than the adhesive being stronger I don’t see any difference between these and the normal ones.
