Worked great
This part with the two little washers underneath it fixed our leak.

Always Buy Delta
I was in a pinch and up at a big box store that starts with an L. They didn't have the Delta part and I purchased the third party version of this component. It wasn't what I wanted but it was what they had. I tried multiple times to get that ball to set properly and while the faucet worked, it had a leak at the top seal. I finally ordered this and of course no more leak. Lesson learned, always buy Delta or the original part - save yourself hassle. It has been in for about a month at this point, no leak and I don't expect there will be.

It works well, but it really should for the cost!
I think that this is an expensive little piece of hardware. It definitely works well, as it should for the money. It is a very proprietary type thing though, and I'm sure that adds to the cost of manufacturing. There are knockoffs out there for less money, but I doubt they last as long and who wants to do the job twice?

FIt perfect, made my faucet work like brand new.
Our 2007 model 175 Delta Faucet has been dripping from the faucet outlet for a while now. I installed this along with the seal kit. This part was pretty easy to install and made the faucet move smooth and easy. Now faucet is smooth, easy and like brand new.

Fits perfect!
A fairly easy repair to my kitchen faucet. Along with the upper nut/seal kit, a little dab of plumbers grease and a bit of adjusting to the inner brass adjusting ring, my faucet is like new again. Thank you Delta Corp. for keeping these repairs available. My Delta `Signature` faucet has been in service since 2010 and looks and works like new again. Very good repair.
