A Course of Pure Mathematics: Third Edition

Bad print quality, written 100 years ago
First, the print quality is like from before 2nd world war. Font is fuzzy, small and difficult to read.It looks like this book was made on the typing machine 100 years ago.Which actually might be true, as 1st edition of this book is from 1908.As a consequence the style of the book is more difficult to read than modern, more user-friendly books.I guess the assumption here is that you need to learn/memorize what a differential is - but you are not expected to ask questions like how/why these differential are even needed, how they relate to real world. A simple example with moving car and its speed would suffice, but that's not how older books were being written. So overall I'm dissappointed with this book, I can see many other books or online publications that are dealing with these subjects in more user-friendly way.
