Parent of the year award according to our kids. Shipping was quick. Much faster than our installation time. The pool was easy to set up with 2 people. I wouldnt have wanted to try alone.Instructions were pic instructions so pretty idiot proof. Not a fan of the canister filter system but we are going to give it a chance before we upgrade. We did add floating chlorine x 2.We did have 1 leak but that was on us. The drain plug was screwed in crooked and we didn't notice until water started leaking out. We are hopeful that the padding we placed under the pool will protect the liner. So far no issues. As pictures show, we still need to trim that padding. For now the kids have been using the excess to wipe grass off their feet.After a few weeks of it being up, my only complaint is the lack of a skimmer. We have to net clean the top daily. We'll, the kids have to use the net daily.So far we are very pleased with the purchase. I'll update if anything changes our minds.

For the money this thing is on point. No leaks and the pump works well. You will be cleaning the filter every other day because it is small, but thats just the way it is. You will also have to check and adjust the water quality and maintain it more frequently than a larger pool but, it is what it is.

We purchased this above-ground pool at the start of summer, and it’s easily been the best investment of the season. Setup was surprisingly straightforward—it took about 1 hour by myself. Instructions were a little difficult to read but had QR code for video. Video instructions were very easy to follow!. The frame is sturdy and feels durable, even with several kids splashing around.The pool is deep enough for a refreshing dip and spacious enough for floaties and pool games. The filter system included works well.The materials seem built to last, and we’re confident it’ll hold up for many summers to come. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to beat the heat without the cost of an in-ground pool.

Bought this pool because we needed one that was lower for my little girl . It is rust resistant . Easy to clean . The pump that comes with this pool isn't strong enough would upgrade to a better pump . The liner is durable . Pool was easy to put together and take down for the winter . price was great

Pump is good and moves a lot of water. It's not hard to set up but takes longer than they say. When connecting the hoses, place the clamps directly over the O rings and tighten them. You should have no leaks. If you place the clamps on either side of the O ring, they will leak.

We bought this pool a couple weeks ago and just set it up as the heat has already started coming in. After spending hours prepping the area with TWO heavy duty tarps as well as leveling sand and setting up the pool we started to fill it and noticed some water coming from under the sides. We figured it was probably just the water that we had spilled out earlier when we turned on the hose but as we kept filling the water kept moving, slowly, but moving.As time went by we started to get worried so we turned off the water and started examining the pool for leaks. We found several small leaks (under 1 cm) all around the bottom of the pool when we examined it closely. They were barely noticeable but there nonetheless so we began the process of draining the pool. While my girlfriend was watching it drain I came inside and contacted Intex hoping they would be able to send us a new liner since this one clearly had way too many holes to patch them all.After giving them all of my information (which I'm sure they'll sell to some company or spam me) they told me that I would need to take off the liner and cut off large pieces of it to make it "inoperable" before they sent me a new liner. This blew my mind as not only did they expect me to go through extra effort to cut off these pieces but they wanted me to pay to ship them these pieces AND wait (probably) weeks to receive my new liner. I talked to my girlfriend about it and she agreed that it was ridiculous to have to go through all this when we could just return it to Amazon and buy another one.Now I know there's probably people in the world that scam their system and so they want to be sure you aren't "stealing" a back-up liner but this is just crazy. Not only did they expect me to pay even more money for something I already purchased and put together, but also disassemble it, do even more work, throw away the old liner (which will take up valuable trash space) and then wait for them to receive the items (hoping the post office didn't lose them) and then finally get a new liner which I'll again have to reassemble. I just can't wrap my mind around them thinking this is acceptable to do to customers but luckily Amazon made it right.Long story short Amazon handled the situation and now we're going to be buying a new brand (from Amazon again since they're great!). Overall I cannot recommend Intex but Amazon is definitely the place to buy a pool as they handled the situation wonderfully!

Edited: Not even 10 hours after writing this review and the pump has quit working. Surely I will be sent a replacement 😭Very easy setup. My husband assembled the filter but the frame was simple until the last piece. My daughter has already spent 4 hours in it the first day. Fingers crossed the pump works well, so far so good

This pool is great especially for the price. Was simple to setup and the filter works great as well. My 4 kids fit in it with plenty of room to spare. Highly recommend!
