Administrative Law: Bureaucracy in a Democracy

This book was a little hard to understand at times, especially the case studies. However, it does present a lot of information and does a fairly good job of getting it across relative to other government-based books I've had in the past. It's basically a loaded version of a high school government book with a focus on rulemaking. Although it gets the job done, I would recommend finding another book that isn't cramming information between 2 covers.

Excellent textbook. Clear and concise, does not over-explain concepts, but includes case studies to aid understanding of material. Good introductory text.

Good book for my administrative law class. Easy to read, good samples. I still use it as a reference for my other law classes. Recommend the book and the seller.

Arrived in good condition

The author was able to keep me interested in the somewhat dry subject matter. The book was still in good condition when I obtained it and met my needs.

This is one book I will keep for future reference. Very pleased.
