Not just facts, but perfectly chosen quotes, illustrations, diagrams, and photos. I find myself returning to this book again and again. Very much worth every penny.

I read some of it, it's okay I really haven't looked at it too much. But don't let my not doing huzzahs and handstands prevent you from buying it.

This is a beautiful book, filled with tons of info about botanicals. It provides basic info on botany, recipes using plants, remedies using plants, and using plants in arts & crafts. I have shown the book with an 8.5" X 11" sheet of paper behind it in a picture, to show the size of the book. It is not very large, but thick. I highly recommend this book! Not quite what I had in mind, I thought it would be more informative about plants, but it is a beautifully illustrated and curated book that I am more than happy to add to my collection. It's easy to read, has some nice recipes, and the illustrations alone are worth owning and it is well bound and sturdy. I am only taking 1 star off for lack of more detailed plant content, I would still highly recommend adding this to your collection

first book arrived with a cracked spine but i was immediately sent a replacement that was not damaged. contains a lot of great, basic info for those that are looking for an intro to the magic of plants and the medicine they provide.

This is such an original, exquisite book. I was looking forward to receiving it after I ordered it. I now find myself slowly pouring over every page. The photos in the book are beautiful.
