Gift for 2 rambunctious nephews (aged 2 and 4 at the time) 12/23. Not only do they both still use it, they play TOGETHER in it! And this year, they asked for glow-in-the-dark stars and planets for their bedroom. Future NASA engineers?

I purchased this for my son for his 4th birthday party along with a camping playset and lantern and it was a huge hit at the birthday party. It only took my husband roughly 5-8 minutes to put together and we have it in our foyer. The kids have been asking to camp out in it and we are planning a family camp out for this weekend. It's definitely a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be, especially since it came in such a small box, but we had no problem getting two adults in there sitting up and two small children. It will fit about 4 children in there comfortably depending on how big the children are. We had a 4 year old, 9 year old, and 2 year old in there with room to spare. There are two ways to enter the tent, but of course the kids like to crawl through the smaller "door". Both of the openings velcro closed and can be rolled up and velcroed back to keep them open. There is a mesh material on two sides of the top which is for air flow, but you can look through and check on the kiddos that way as well. The entire set came with a storage bag to keep everything in, which is good, because the tent is currently sitting in the spot where we put our Halloween tree so once the tree goes up, the tent can come down and be nicely stored away until next spring. We have not taken it outside yet and have only used it indoors, but my son did get birthday cake icing on the side of it during the party and I didn't notice it until a few days later. The icing wiped off very easilyeven though it was dried on, so it's really easy to clean if it gets dirty from being outside or just from a lot of use.

Great little tent. Should hold up well. The boy loves it. Indoor use, but you could use this outdoors in nice weather with a mat under. Super easy to assemble and disassemble. Takes about 5 minutes. I recommend.

I purchased two of these tents for my boys and we LOVE them!!! Def great for indoor forts in their rooms. We would def purchase again and am pleased with this.A few things to note:1. Delivers in the actual tent box, not a brown box, so everyone will see what you ordered.2. This is an indoor tent. It says indoor / outdoor but the tent doors do not zip thus making it an excellent indoor only tent. The tent doors (front and side) have Velcro to keep them shut and they do not fully seal.3. The size is good for one of our boys (age 8) to fit a couple pillows, blankets and some toys. The tent has a front door and a side door. The side door is round where you could add a tunnel (that you can purchase separately) otherwise both door covers roll open and can have Velcro to keep them open.4. It is easy to assemble. Two sets of poles, that are color coded. Took me 60 seconds.5. Has a hook inside for a lantern or light. Wish I had purchased a couple lanterns in advance.6. Nice material / quality. I really liked this purchase.7. The stars / planet design and colors are primary and nice. My kids really liked them.

i like:it's very easy to set up, took me longer the first time, but now only 5 minutes and it's set up without any help and also take it apart without help.i took it with me to the beach and it was of great use there. i nursed in the tent, used it as sunshade and baby could have slept in the tent, but she was too excited about the beach fun that time. and it protected us from the piping hot sand because it has a bottom.it's a lot of fun for my 2 year old. She loves to play in the tent.i didn't like:it smells very strong from the fresh plastic material the first few times you use it. that was a big turn off for me, i left it outside for a few days, it was rained on and it still smells some.it can get uncomfortably hot inside the tent on a very hot summerday when it's over 90 degrees. it helps a little when the side zipper is undone, but it was still pretty uncomfortable inside the tent until it cooled down to the 70s or lower 80s even though it has mesh openings on top for air to come in.conclusion:i like this tent and found it to be of good use at the beach and probably in other places, too. I did not regret my purchase despite the two negative points.

It's never fun putting together tents, but once it's up, the tent is FANTASTIC!Strong material and it doesn't make annoying fabric sounds when you're in it, very quiet.I like the see-through very-top of the tent so you can add a blanket or leave it uncovered so you can peep in on who's inside or allow air circulation for reading stories aloud or simply goofing around.My two boys ages 8 and 6 really like putting all their blankets and toys, battery operated lanterns, and books to read inside. A great place to encourage calm, focus on each other, build new memories, and feel safe and relaxed.Nice as a homework tent. Off limits to all.Good place to go when you're upset to get calm.Super choice place to avoid insects when relaxing outside.Lovely place to read or share stories aloud.Durable enough to use outside in the grass.Good for 2-3 people max. Unless you're tiny people.Really love this tent, it's such a relief to get high quality.

I've had this tent for 4 years and it is still in perfect shape. Easy to assemble and take apart, easy to move around the room. Can't imagine anything better.My grandson sometimes take his blanket and pillow in and takes his nap in the tent - so cute.This tent is a fabulous, great deal for the quality and amount of time it has lasted.
