Quality is fresh, moist though. Idk if it's supposed to be. Idk about taste great value

This salt isn't like plain table salt, it hold onto moisture unlike table salt (great for helping not clump) and is about the size of kosher salt. It is grey from the minerals and has a taste more like ocean brine than just pure seawater. This taste adds a great flavor and mouth feel to dishes. It's hard to use regular salt now.
