Low durability
I only use my bike for commuting and don't take any long rides. I keep my chains clean and well maintained, but that didn't stop having two of these snap in half a year. Despite what the box says, you are sacrificing a lot of durability for weight loss on this chain from my experience.I have seen a lot of good reviews for this chain, so I don't know if I've just been wildly unlucky and received two with manufacturing faults. The chain does work fine before it breaks. Oddly, the box text and chain weight was slightly different both times. I actually thought they had discovered a fault and altered the chain.I'll be sticking with a KMC chain, but I'll buy one with greater durability at the cost of about 30-40 grams.Can't fault Amazon. I think they were a bit suspicious the second time as they kept putting me on hold but they eventually offered a refund or replacement.
