Better than I could’ve hoped for
This looked pristine when it came in and I mean absolutely brand new! This is by far one of my best purchases! It works perfectly and I have no complaints whatsoever and I have had this phone for quite some time now. It has been dropped numerous times and has withstood with limited scratches. So glad I made this purchase

Black listed
It would have been great if the phone was not black listed by Verizon. Even though it shows Blacklist PASS on the sticker. The phone is still black listed and Verizon refuses to connect it.UPDATE: Do not buy from this seller. The phone was listed as stolen from Verizon. I have returned the phone and send it back 3 day shipping with a required signature at the location. Still have not got a refund, and Amazon has not been able to contact this seller.Stay away from this 3rd party seller. I will be filing a police report.

SIM and eSIM LOCKED!
I ordered this phone paying extra for excellent condition and selecting Verizon as my carrier. There were several small scratches on the display. I made a call to Verizon technical support, but they were unable to help me unlock the phone. I went to a Verizon store however, they too were unable to unlock the phone. I am very disappointed and feel like I was scammed.

Says phone is locked
My dad bought the phone for me through the Verizon option and when I went to activate it it says the phone is locked through the last carrier idk what to do now

Buyer beware might no be paid off
I bought this phone a month ago and decided to purchase a 2nd phone. The first activated easily. The 2nd one Verizon reported as not being paid off so it was locked and could not be activated. So I now have to return the device as it is worthless. So beware it may or may not work.

Excited to get my I phone, went to Verizon and phone locked. The phone in EXcellent shape, no scratches , looked brand new. Had to send back. This is my third time I received a locked phone. DON'T BUY THISGave this phone to my teenage daughter for Christmas. She was so excited to open it. Then we tried to activate it. What a nightmare! The phone is flagged as FRAUD, and we have spent almost 2 hours trying to get it straightened out!***BUYER BEWARE!!***
