I do chinese cooking alot and use this product oster sauce for flavor.

It’s a great sauce for cooking

It arrived broken and spilled all over the box. Ruined some other items. BUT, it wasn't very stinky, and I think that's good. :-D

I received my first bottle of this and it appears from the manufacturer, the sealed metal cap was not seated properly and the sauce was exposed to open air. After getting a second bottle, it dawned on me that this is not necessarily oyster sauce but flavored oyster sauce. The flavor is NOTHING like real oyster sauce that’s common and used in Asian cooking. In addition, you’ll probably find this much cheaper at a local asian grocery store, so probably best to look locally first. Avoid this like the plague and go buy real oyster sauce.
