I hope it isn't too personal, and I hope I don't get too much kickback, but I've been facing hard times raising a family with as expensive as things are right now, and I don't want to trade my health on cheap food that is bad for me. I make one of these up in the morning when I make my coffee and a couple of eggs for breakfast. I'll throw in a can of chicken or roast beef and it stays warm in the Tupperware. It's forgiving about not being refrigerated until lunchtime at work too. If I eat like this at least 3 days a week, everyone in the house gets what they need, when they need it. Coupled with green tea or water, it's a satisfying meal with good flavor.

Sent this along with several other items to my grandson who like many young adults are struggling with making ends meet .I've given cash but you can't always know if it's going where you intended so this assessment of flavors was a perfect choice for them to have with dinners
