Instructions: For easy mixing: 1) Pour desired amount into cap and transfer to a bowl. To microwave: 1) Measure out 1/4 cup* in cap and mix with 1/2 cup unheated liquid in a microwavable bowl. Measuring cap is microwave safe (recommend 15-30 seconds). 2) Warm at medium (50% power) for 15-30 seconds. Stir to even out temperature and test before feeding. Measuring cap is dishwasher safe on top rack. For best results, clean and dry cap after use.
