It's fine
Fit perfectly in my cheap old table saw. Works fine; now I don't have to hunt for that toggle switch to shut the saw off. I just hit the paddle, and it's off. It's a big improvement. It was a little fiddly to get it installed, but that's because of the way they wired the original switch, not because of the way this one is made. I had to splice an extension onto the ground wire. The yellow panel is supposed to come off to act as a lock-out, but I can't get it off. Not a big deal for me, because I don't leave the saw plugged in, and don't have small children around.

Installed Easily on a Vintage Hitachi Planer
I installed the Shop Fox switch on a vintage Hitachi Planer F1000A. The original switch had its electrical contacts oriented differently and the box it installed into was a little small but I splayed the Shop Fox electrical contacts out to 45 degrees and the plug-on connectors fit fine and the switch box also fit fine. The push-on body was a tight fit into the opening and I squeezed the outer clamps tight to the body and was able to squeeze the switch into the opening and it locked in place. See the attached picture for the result. An excellent result especially given it installed on a machine it was not meant for. I really like having the quick power off paddle vs the simple toggle that was there before.

Good 4 pin switch
Switch fit into my old MasterCraft table saw.In case anyone is wondering about doing the same, I would recommend a 6 pin switch for this particular saw because the setup has 3 neutrals, and only one should connect to the main 'on' circuit with the hot wire. I ignored the other two and thus don't have a break circuit and a ground fault, so it's terribly risky. But that's a minor concern compared to the fact that I'm still using my old tablesaw in the first place.Enough of that. Switch arrived quickly and in good working order. Good connection clicking. Hopefully will last longer than the rest of the saw.

Well made and easy to install
This was a perfect switch for my old table saw. I replaced the switch on my 50 year old Toro table saw. It installed quite easily and now I have a much better start/stop than the old switch. I will absoloutely be ordering more when I need them.
