Favorite Nursery Rhymes from Mother Goose

I grew up with nursery rhymes and read them to my children as well. I find that many people in their 30s and below don’t know any nursery rhymes other than maybe Humpty Dumpty or Mary Had a Little Lamb. I have to say that this book had a few that were kind of annoying and that I had never heard and didn’t care for, but the majority were ones that I knew and this book has the most beautiful, whimsical illustrations. My 18-month old grandson loved it and within days he was repeating Hickory Dickory Dock.

The illustrations in this book are well done. They pair beautifully with the nursery rhymes. Perfect gift for my grandson ❤️

A classic book that comes with a nice hard cover. I’m using it in lieu of a card for a baby shower gift.

This is a WONDERFUL book! Beautifully illustrated and magically written. This will definitely be my “go to” baby gift from now on!

This Mother Goose book is a keepsake! My little 17 month old grandson will actually sit in my lap and listen to each poem while mesmerized by the gorgeous artwork.

Nice illustrations. Very well bound. Missing some rhymes I heard as a child. Little Tom Tinker, ride a Cock horse to Banbury cross, Little boy blue. It will keep your Little ones entertained, IF you read it to them.

This is a must for any Mother Goose enthusiast. The binding is poorly done, but it was the last in stock, so I’m keeping it. I will use this when I dress as Mother Goose at the local elementary school. I would not gift this particular book because of the poor workmanship, but a better made copy would be a wonderful gift for a baby, toddler, or kindergartner. As a retired early childhood teacher, I’m picky. This book truly is stunning.
