Not as described
This item was described as a single pack with 3 in the pack. Only one showed up, so I reached out to Amazon Customer Service Chat and was told by Rahul that he checked their catalog and I will only receive one...not 3. He also wrote: "The listing on our website is incorrect and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause." I asked him if they would honor based on their poor description, and was told no.....but they'll fix the description so it doesn't happen to someone else. Which doesn't help me any! Guess I'll return it to Amazon and buy a 3 pack in town.

Not effective, bad return experience
It did not float nearly as well as the original floats that came with my Hayward Phoenix. I tried to use these as replacements and they couldn't do the job.In addition, I tried to return the floats through Kohls and Amazon is claiming they never received the product. I was notified they are charging my card for the return and I don't see anywhere I can dispute the charge/return.

Description is not correct
The product itself is fine and in good condition.However, the product description clearly says 'Single pack, 3 per pack' which is not the case. This item is ONE float replacement. Now I have to order two more. :(
