Healthy benefits along with a perfect chocolate for creating healthy snacks
These are definitely 100% cacao, which I like because of the cacao health benefits. I used them to make chocolate covered strawberries and it was the perfect combination because the strawberries were sweet and the chocolate was not, so the flavor was even. Not too sweet and not too chocolatey. I call that a win-win for a healthy snack.

Doesn't taste right not very good at all
I've had a lot of dark chocolate but this doesn't taste right not at all not to me. Would like to return ASAP or a refund please

A block of Chocolate not chips
This item arrived as a solid block of chocolate. The chips had melted and hardened again. I was sorely disappointed and had the grind up the chocolate into smaller pieces to measure out and use for a recipe. It tasted ok but now I question the quality and age of the product. Storage of this item should be temp controlled. I doubt it was during shipping because although temps were warm it should have been more melted than hard if that was the issue.

Good taste, and dark chocolate
This is good tasting dark chocolate. I have had better. But I am a alcoholic and have tried hundreds of different brands. This one is definitely acceptable and would be fine in cookies or pastries.
