Snap-On quality
I have used these daily as a diesel technician for over 3 years and have yet to break or bend the tips. I visiously clean the handles using brake cleaner every day without applying any oil or anything similar to it afterwards and the rubber still has years of abuse left to withstand. Co-workers buy packs of cheap harbor freight picks every few weeks and others have to warranty their big name brands on the tool truck every few months, but I will happily order a new set should these ever die or start to break down. Everything Tekton makes is awesome

These should come in handy
I ordered the Tekton 4 piece hook and pick set with automotive work in mind. There have been many occasions in the past while working on my truck when I’ve said to myself “I really need to get one of those pick sets”. I chose the Tekton set for two reasons 1) it was one of the least expensive if not the least expensive set on Amazon. 2) it’s reviewed pretty favorably by a large number of customers. When I received the set I noticed that the packaging it arrived in was a little strange. The plastic was obviously cut manually just above the rubber grips on the tools. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the set I received was previously returned, although the individual tools were in new condition. The rubber grip feels nice in my hand and they don’t feel overly delicate. I haven’t owned it very long, but based on my first impression I’m satisfied with my choice to go with Tekton. After they prove durable I would absolutely recommend this set.

Tekton is a Great Company
I have quite a few tools from Tekton and they are all of great quality. They hold up well to (ab)use. Tekton’s warranty replacement policy is second to none. I have submitted a warranty claim thinking there would be no way to identify the tool. Without question I received a response email in less than 3 hours (submitted the warranty claim at 4:30pm, they responded before 6:45) and within two days (on Christmas Eve at that) I received the replacement brass hammer I requested. I use a variety of tools ranging from GearWrench, Milwaukee, Snap On, BluePoint, MATCO, etc. Tekton in many cases performs as well or better than the evil, expensive tool truck brands. I will gladly continue to invest in their products and stand behind them. Also, they are working to bring more of their tool manufacturing to the U.S. I believe roughly ~20% of their tools are entirely produced in the U.S. from start to finish, but they have been working on expanding that aspect. So if you want to support a U.S. based manufacturer go onto their website and they clearly detail where their tools come from.

This would be better named "Micro Precision Pick and Hook Set"
Likely my bad - I looked at the pictures and reviews and figured this was a normal hand tool I'd use on my car. I can, but these are the miniature version of what I have in my tool box. They will work fine, for mini projects and items. I will buying a normal size set next.

The handles are sturdy and can take a good amount of torque as ...
I've been using these picks regularly since the day they arrived back in Oct. of '17. None of them have broke or bent and the picks are still very sharp as of 3/1/18. I use them for seal removal and for clean small delicate parts that are difficult to clean otherwise. The handles are sturdy and can take a good amount of torque as I've yet to damage one. Great build qualityBlack and red color scheme is a nice touch too. I think there is some type of chrome plating on these pick as a couple of them are turning slightly copper colored at the tips of the tools but this doesn't seem to affect their utility. The lettering on one pick came off after being exposed to lacquer thinner but the black and red colors of the handle remained intact. They now have a very nice broken in look to them. Good style.Overall great purchase for the price the quality and the look.

Great tools at a great price
These are a lot smaller than I expected (didnt pay enough attention to the pictures). But they are awesome. For such small picks they are plenty sturdy. I've been able to do injector orings for a 7.3l and some light use with hydraulic cylinder seals with them. The handles are pretty comfortable and havent slipped once even with oily and greasy hands. If they were 2 or 3 times the price I would be very happy with my purchase.

Great addition to any set of tools
This set did a great job and got the job I was working on done faster due to having the right tool. I've not had to put a lot of torque on any of the picks (I'd not recommend) because for this type of tool I see it being used for delicate areas. For my use, I needed them for pulling out automotive rubber gaskets around my intake of the engine. Make sure to store these in a safe place because the tips of the tools are super pointy and I'd recommend for safety to use an electrical heat shrink sleave so you can form fit the tip to protect for hurting yourself or someone rummaging through your tools (kids)

Great set of fine picks!
I have a set of huge Lisle picks that are just too big for many applications. I was replacing a valve cover gasket and I needed a fine set of picks to get all the clips and gaskets out. These worked like a charm and they're very cheap. I've always used small screwdrivers in the past, but it really does help to have a proper pick. The right angle is especially useful. I've managed to get by for decades without picks, but they do make jobs easier.

Good job
Took a little while to come but they’re awesome, great at scraping dirt out of SMC fittings and removing orings, as a bonus they also do a great job getting fluff out of your charging port

Make sure you read the tittle, "Precision, means Mini" Pick set.
Just something to note before anyone buying is READ THE TITTLE. As i didn't do that, i clicked purchase too quickly because i saw the price. It says "precision pick and hook set" in simpler terms "mini pick set". Yeah well i really never read that and when i received them i saw them and looked how tiny these are. I didn't send them back because they are useful at work, it's nice to have smaller picks that the larger pick set i have. Some techs at my work mocked me for purchasing these because of how small they were. I compared these 4 to a set i saw on my Snap-on Reps truck and they were $75 but came in a flimsy plastic tray. I cannot justify paying that to just say Snap-on on them or having them stored in a plastic tray. The picks itself are durable, and last when in greasy or oily. The handles got good grip, i really like the 90 degree one. My personal favorite as i love removing electrical connectors with it. Holding the picks sometimes is wired just because of the size, bigger hands maybe would challenging but unsure as my hands are small. I do put quite a bit of pressure on these picks and have with stand what i put them up against.Otherwise the price is well worth what you get. I maybe would like a storage tray even it added a few more dollars but anymore than $10 then that would be pushing it. They are solid durable picks and happy that i added them to my toolbox. Makes me laugh because i watch others spending money on Snap-on ones meanwhile i my wallet is laughing.

Perfect!
Strong tips will not bend easily. Four different angle cover the most situations. They feel very nice, with a solid grip and pointy ends. Originally purchased to help clean the nozzles on a 3D printer, we have since found multiple other uses for them, including removing rubber ends off of a gasket that couldn't be removed with pliers. These are sturdy with nice ergonomic handles. They are exactly what we needed to reach those hard to get reach areas, such as to help us thread Ethernet cables through the wall to reach other rooms. They are best for light duty, they aren't the strongest and may bend with too much force. As long as you use them for small purposes I feel that they will last quite a long time. As with any product, it has it's intended uses. If you try and push them past their limits, they won't last you as long.Definitely recommend these. Great price for what they are capable of doing. Multiple uses. You can be creative with them.
