WeberZesty Lemon Seasoning, 5 Ounce Shaker

We use this on grilled fish. It adds just the right amount of zest and spices! It’s hard find. I’m so glad I found it on Amazon!

So this is exactly what I was looking for because Weber decided to discontinue this seasoning. But these bottles were not packaged very well and they were spilling everywhere. So be aware.

I hate to sound like everyone else, but this is our favorite seasoning too. It’s great for poached salmon (just sprinkle a tbsp or two in the poaching liquid, let it bloom, add the salmon – liquid should only come up about half way on salmon - and sprinkle quite a bit on the salmon, cover and let simmer on low and it’s done in about 9-11 minutes). It makes an excellent shrimp scampi. We use it in chicken, tuna, and potato salad. Pretty much what everyone else has said – pork, chicken, fish, veggies, pasta, even sandwiches. My order arrived today and two bottles were dated 12/20 and two were dated 1/21. I opened one and it smelled and tasted great. So glad to have four new bottles, I was down to less than half of my last bottle.

I make lemon chicken leg quarters covered in this stuff. I let the quarters sit out for a couple of hours covered with this on one the skin side, and when they go on the BBQ I cover the bottom side, too. Makes the most amazing BBQ'd lemon chicken!

This is one of the best lemon peppers you can use on a variety of foods, grilling is the best! Over the last 6 months I've noticed this is not being sold in any of the stores. I did call their customer care reps and they didnt have a response as to why. The good thing they confirmed is.. Its not going away any time soon. Still being made just have to find it online. I got the 4 pack it will be used.

So glad I was able to order this online. The grocery stores in my area no longer carry the weber lemon seasoning. I was heartbroken when I went to purchase more only to find it wasn't there. Amazon is the greatest!!! Btw, this stuff tastes great and makes the most amazing lemon pepper wings ever!

I love the lemony flavor -a little spicy and just wonderful on salmon or any fish or shrimp - in house or on the grill.. I couldn't find it any more locally (rural location) Glad to find it on Amazon.
