Do Not order these for your vortec Heads. They no longer fit.
For vortec heads order COMP Cams Valve Springs 26906-16 .

These are genuine GM and work as intended
No issues with the install on my 02 Z06 Corvette (LS6). These are not blue as the picture shows BUT that is because the newer springs from GM are no longer painted, they are bare metal as these ones are. Buy with confidence.

Good for LS6
These are good for LS6. Bought these fit right in and held for several months now. Even survived multiple highway pulls at 140+ and dyno tune. Good for stock LS6 cam

Correct parts but different part numbers
These are good springs and the correct ones for your order. They come individually labelled P/N 12713265. This part supersedes P/N 12625033. A package of (16) 12625033 has the GM P/N 12499224. So it is the correct set of springs but the geneology takes some explanation. Also, they're not blue but that's typical for these springs.

Absolutely trash
Absolutely junk! 1 of these broke within 200 miles and almost trashed my entire motor. I seriously wonder of these are real gm springs tbh.

Vortec Heads Upgrade
I paired this with:Competition Cams 787-16 Steel RetainersGM Parts 12499224 Valve SpringCompetition Cams 648-16 7 degree Race locksRemoved stock springs and retainers off my Vortec heads and added these for more lift between the valve stem seal and spring retainer. I have about .505-,520 lift with this combo and I could get a little more by changing the valve stem seals. The valve springs fit with no machine work and are much nicer than the original springs when it comes to coil bind. Cheap upgrades for more lift capability. Perfect for pairing with 1.6 rockers.

Set of springs
Everyone says these are good springs so I ordered a set. Pity only 15 in the box

They are GM springs and they work as they should
Install them in my 2004 6 L Gmc have a bout 5000 miles on the springs. runs perfect I ordered another set doing up another set of LS heads

Correct Item the Second Time
I had to return the first package and ask for a replacement, warehouse messed up and sent one single spring instead of the box. This time around it’s a legitimate GM box, with hologram, correct part number, and 16 springs. Will be installing them in my 5.3 along with an aggressive cam.

The springs ARE NOT BLUE. I did some outside research however and it turns out that the blue coated springs are no longer availiable but these come in at the exact same specs as the blue ones and arrived to me in a genuine GM parts box.

GM performance LS1 springs
Fit perfect on my 5.7 vortec along with new retainers let me run my LT4 hotcam no problem.
