Exactly what I needed. My 87 pursuit boat had this same one and I finally had to replace it. It comes with fuses, screws and rubber gasket. Was able to change on of the seitches to a similar push button switch for my bilge pump and it was simple to do. The measurements given are actually for the inside, so the actual face frame is bigger.

Great Product
Easy to install, Sturdy, well built. I used it to replace a seadog panel that only lasted 18 months in my jon boat. If it holds up to the weather and spray as a lot of people told me it will be perfect. Very Happy so far. Everything by shipper was as promised will use again.
