Fine grains. Finer than other sands I’ve used, but it’s nice if that’s what your looking for.

The light blue color is amazing. I ordered this for my daughters sand box. I didn't really realize how small the five pound bag was (thats my fault) but we did make sure to keep the three colors I ordered to one side for fun play. That only lasted a few days and then it just made it a bit more colorful in the sand box. Very pretty, no color bleeding that I could tell and my girls loved it.

Priced real well and used for a stand up ashtray. Looks and works great.

the bag had a hole in the bottom left corner which was emptying out into the outer bag.Based on the amount in the outer bag, it has to be happening where it is packaged at Amazon and perhaps coupled with a weak spot in the manufacture's bag. Either way, Amazon or the manufacture needs to address this issue. I'm going to keep the sand but had to quickly put in a gallon size freezer bag to contain the flow.Let me know when this issue is resolved because I'd like to buy another bag since the color of the sand is what I need.

Used this to make a zen garden. Looks great and particle size is good.

We were very pleased with our purchase of the scenic sand. We used the sand for centerpieces for our wedding and the color matched perfectly to the picture description and just what we hoped for.
