A whole lot of delicious
This is not for Vegans, unless they want a change of pace (taste?).And it provides a lot of meals, if done right. I like to slice it kinda thin, then store for later use. It can go on a pizza, as a topping for a bed of angelhair pasta, or in a soup. Or you can use then as breakfast sausage, or put between a sliced biscuit for a mini-sandwich.
