Food Around the World: A Cultural Perspective

I loved this book. If it weren’t so expensive I would purchase it but it was a great rental for my class. Lots of recipes that are organized based on what country they are from and if you love to travel it talks a lot about manners abroad.

Excellent resource. As we travel at home and abroad, we consult with our kindle version to gain greater insight and a deeper appreciation for local food sources and dishes.

In good condition! Needed it for school!

The reason I am giving two stars is because the subject index is wrong on a lot of page numbers. I tried looking up subjects and most of them referred me to the incorrect page numbers. Definitely a mistake on the publishers part.
