I've recently tried different variations of Thai green curry and this one is by far the BEST. So delicious, the flavor is tangy, sweet and moderately spicy and jam packed with all these various Thai vegetables. I'm highly pleased, it's also very easy to cook so all you do is cook your meat (or go meatless), add the sauce and bring to boil and bam! Dinner in 30. Highly recommend!

My fault, thought I was ordering green curry powder this is a premade sauce. It was tasty.

We love Thai food, and the Blue Elephant products are hands down the best you can buy to prepare your own meals at home. They are so good they rival some of the best restaurants. We prepare the currie sauces with chicken, shrimp or pork, and add some extra veggies and bok choy.

I would like to try thinning it with coconut milk rather than just water, because occasionally I get a bite that just tastes a bit more watery than the rest of the dish, but otherwise, this stuff is roughly as good as going out to Smiling Banana Leaf and ordering green curry. I add my own shrimp and rice noodles. Happy with this stuff and will be buying more.

It’s pretty good, however I’ve had better for less money. Too expensive.
