Does not cover all of Manhattan
It is extremely difficult to find a paper map that shows all of Manhattan; the description of this map says it covers Manhattan and does not mention that it is only a partial map. In fact it cuts off at 115th St. Having a map of all of Manhattan was the entire reason I bought this map, so I am pretty frustrated that it doesn't cover the whole island.

Misaligned print
The print in the "Street Index" section is badly misaligned, making it very difficult to read. Both copies I received from Amazon have this defect. Aside from this, the map seems usable.
